ANTI-SLIPPERY DESIGN BOTH SAFE AND FUNCTIONAL
The trays are placed on the inclined frame. This design guarantees that the gravity center of the robot will always be on top of the chassis so that it won’ t tumble forward or backward when passing through bumps. Anti-slip mats on the trays create large friction, which prevents dishes sliding and food splashing. The indipendent suspension chassis eases the bumps on the path to the greatest.

DIRECT DELIVERY MODE
One PuduBot can be assigned with multiple delivery tasks to separate tables at the same time. Attendants put orders from separate tables on different trays, input table numbers, and PuduBot will reach customers following optimized paths.
CRUISE DELIVERY MODE
This mode is designed for delivering buffet food & beverage or napkins in large and medium-sized restaurants. PUDUBOT follows preset closed paths, and invites customers to take what they want through voice and visual notifications.
Navigation ability is crucial for a mobile robot. It means that the robot knows where it is, where it’s heading to, and how to reach the goal location.
PuduBot has various sensors that collect environment data of all kinds, which are then fused to feed PuduBot algorithms, for accurate map creation. Relative and absolute positioning are both utilized to achieve cm-level positioning accuracy. Obstacle avoidance is fast and safe, owed to speedy response of sensors and fine control over wheel motors. The path planning ability ensures that PUDUBOT finds the shortest way, and thus guarantees working efficiency.
PUDU SLAM is a new technology integrated SLAM solution based on Lidar, Camera, UWB, RGBD, IMU, Encoder and multiple sensors. This solution can ensure that the robot performs tasks more efficiently in a mixed environment.
The safety and obstacle avoidance performance have been greatly improved, and the probability of touching suspended objects or other blind spot obstacles has been greatly reduced, in addition to Lidar, multiple visual sensors are added to enable the robot to upgrade from 2D plane perception to 3D environment detection of the whole body.
